Last night it won The BBC Samuel Johnson Prize for Non-Fiction – Britain’s top award for non-fiction. As Barbara is in Beijing, I picked up the award on her behalf.

Two journalists from Current TV, Laura Ling and Euna Lee, have been sentenced to 12 years in a North Korean labour camp.
