102 Minutes that Changed America was the programme that triggered most response from viewers last month. Though the award-winning 9/11 documentary received a relatively high number of appreciative comments, its broadcast also generated the most criticism, largely due to the amount of advertising shown during the programme, which was deemed too frequent and insensitive by many who contacted the channel. read more
