One of the things that viewers may be perplexed about is the many different ways in which you can now find Channel 4 programmes online. We receive a steady stream of complaints from people after we remove the C4 programmes they’ve posted online, and there seems to be quite a lot of confusion as to what can and cannot be legally posted on sites such as YouTube. read more

Two weeks ago we had a charming email from a group of prisoners who were enjoying the Bollywood season and reminded us that, due to their incarceration, they were unable to download programmes and relied upon the broadcast schedule. read more

Despite having finished in early September, Big Brother 9 continued to dominate viewer contacts last month, attracting 810 complaints and 60 appreciative comments. Aside from BB, Dispatches: Undercover Mosque – The Return proved to be last month’s most appreciated programme, while The Sex Eduaction Show generated the most complaints. read more
