A spin around the track with Mark Cavendish

This has been one of the most successful years ever in British cycling. A World Championship as well as success in the Tour de france. So what is it about the British and bikes, and why now?

Today I met up with Mark Cavendish – one of the greatest cyclist in the world – for a gentle spin around Redbridge Cycle Track in north east London.
