Rare sighting today – me and my mentor in the Channel 4 News studio. In the 20 years I’ve been doing this programme Peter Snow has never stepped this way.
It was nepotism that got me into this business and it looks like nepotism will get me out again. He could take over tonight.
Actually he was in the building for ITV making a programme on the 40th anniversary of men landing on the moon – he wasn’t one of them…

Just goes to show that nepotism isn’t always bad
speaking of nepotism- what do the All England Tennis Club have in common with the smug, self-satisfied privileged lot who are wined and dined every day in the Royal Box, whilst I, middle aged and not famous cannot afford tickets. What is the benefit to the All England Club to have these people sitting free of charge in such prime positions.

Jon and Peter are absolute stars of news and current affairs. Wish we could see more coverage of Peter’s studio visit.

Peter and Jon and now Dan, you are the decent, reasonable and probing voice into this country of ours. I lived in Australia for 20 years and in 2002 came back to UK to live. I was so disillusioned in what I found. Blair, Brown, they were arrogant, ignorant inexperienced also their advisers/spin doctors..Above all, their arrogance. It breaks my heart to see what they have done to Britain. I thank the Telegraph newspaper for revealing the corruption of morals and decency in our parliament and our MPs. I do hope that Tony Blair will one day be brought to justice to answer for his foolhardy and weak decision regarding the Iraq war, he knows he was wrong. I doubt he or his so called advisers or the ever vacillitating Gordon Brown will ever be brought to justice, but hopefully history will truthflly portray them for what they were.
