But, will it ever get to the point where they actually have to pay it all back? I certainly hope so, but I have my doubts.
And – I note that “mental illness or conviction for a serious criminal offence” also counts as a reason. Might not be defendable in a law of court, but it certainly puts thoughts into ones head!

Faisal: In theory yes, this is the premiere definition of being politically bankrupt and also; Financially bankrupt!
Should Blears not also pay a Penalty and Interest for failure to declare a Capital Gain?
