An impressive example of this has been 'Impact on H8'; an initiative constructed against the passing of prop 8 in Californias-against gay marriage. They've done a brilliant job, organizing protests and doing more work the any of the legit and complacent organisations ever did. And once more the dialogue that arose from this has been pretty damning towards official 'social stroke charitable' organisations and what they actually do. Though I doubt this would ever happen in Blighty. We're not much for large scale community action here! Interesting…
