My final week of cooking has me conclude (for now) my culinary journey with quick tikka salmon with cucumber yoghurt. What a 3 week journey it has been - traversing the cookery globe: plunging the depths of the North Sea in week one, followed by a visit to Tuscan Italy and now culminating with a stop-off in the sub continent of….East London! Never in a million years would I previously have considered getting stuck into Indian cuisine, but with the J-dogg as my leader I’m primed to tackle it. read more
