There’s more than a touch of glamour coming to your TV screens this Monday. Tousled blonde locks, sun-kissed skin, sexy, breathy tones – yes, immediately before Made in Chelsea makes its E4 debut, Gordon Ramsay is back on Channel 4.

A brand new second series of Gordon’s Great Escape begins at 9pm this Monday, and in this exclusive interview the frank and forthright chef reflects on his recent tour of South East Asia, and reveals his next exotic destination…

If you’re someone who likes to eat things that taste nice, you could do a lot worse than visit the 4Food site. It’s almost literally stuffed with recipes from some of the country’s top chefs, including Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the aforementioned Mr Ramsay.
